My husband, Douglas Elliott and I have a jewelry design company with a shop in Soho, NYC. Our shop showcases Douglas' work along with jewelry from several other designers.

Douglas Elliott has been designing and creating jewelry for 32 years and is a true master in his field.  I can boast that he is one of the great jewelry designers and creators of the 20th and 21st Century.  Coming from academic parents (his father was a lawyer and Supreme Court Judge), Douglas was chosen for a different path in life. Beginning his award winning career in photography, he chose jewelry design after shooting a fashion spread on the streets of the Diamond District in New York City. He was offered a job the same day and an apprenticeship soon followed. After years of training on the bench and learning everything about stones, metal and technique, he now creates jewelry with the finest workmanship and design possible.  An avid collector of Beatles memorabilia, Douglas infuses his elegant collection with an element of rock and roll that gives the collection its edge. Not to mention, he has an incredible love for fashion and beauty which is reflected in every one of his pieces.

I was born in Beverly Hills to an artistic and culinary family and was always an artist at heart. But business called! After living in France for a year on a student exchange program, I fell in love with fashion and when I returned, I enrolled in the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. At age 24, I moved to New York to work in fashion. But my love for food, cooking and fascination with ingredients took over and in the years that followed, I found my niche in the food industry.  My position was to find exotic ingredients for New York's celebrity chefs to put on their menus and to market the products as well.  I also organized culinary tours in France, Italy and England for my chefs, so that they could visit the artisans who created these beautiful and delicious products!  I am still teaching a variety of Cheese and Wine Classes at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City.
